All fresh flower sales are final.
Product images are for reference of scale and our signature modern meadow design style. Our flower selection changes weekly, and we do not guarantee that your arrangement will look exactly like the product images.
Our typical color story include peaches, pinks, yellows, and purples. Colors not often seen in our weekly flowers include red, white, or blue. We usually do not use hydrangea, peonies, or lilies in our designs.
Same-day delivery cutoff is 12PM Mon, 1PM Tue-Fri, 12PM Sat (Exceptions: Valentine's Day & Mother's Day require ordering more in advance).
Delivery is available Mon-Sat (Exceptions: Valentine's Day & Mother's Day when they fall on a Sunday).
Our delivery radius is up to 15 miles from our store in Glenwood Park. Please confirm your delivery address is within our delivery radius before placing your order.
Our standard delivery window is between 1PM and 7PM. We do not guarantee specific times within our delivery window.
We do not provide automatic delivery confirmations to senders. Recipients who are not present for hand-off delivery will receive text notification that their order has arrived and a photo of where the order was left (front door, porch, carport, etc.). If you need delivery confirmation of an order, please call or email us.
If you are sending flowers to an address where flowers cannot be left outside, please confirm that your flower recipient will be at the delivery location. Redeliveries due to incorrectly provided delivery addresses or out of town recipients will incur a redelivery fee for 80% the price of your original delivery fee.
Recipients may be called before the delivery to coordinate for complex delivery locations such as businesses, apartments, or hospitals.
In-store pick up is available after 1PM Mon, 11AM Tue-Sat.
If there is an issue with your order, start by giving us a call or email within 24 hours of receiving your flowers and we will do our best to make it right. Please note, once flowers leave our store or delivery vehicle, In The Meadow is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc.
